‘Over’ is the confident choice
The toilet roll hangs forward like it knows exactly what it’s doing. It’s easy to grab, easy to tear, and never involves awkward fumbling or scraping against the wall. It just works — smooth, simple, efficient access to life’s essential business.
‘Under’ - stealth mode option
The roll hides its edge - it’s more demur, mind mindful. It won’t unravel if someone sneezes too hard, and it keeps things tucked away neatly. It’s the “nothing to see here” approach to bathroom design.
