Miles said the four and a half hectare mall was on track for completion at the end of the year after 18 months of development.
The five retail levels would eventually include over 200 retailers.
The building at 309 Broadway was anchored by a Farmers department store, Coco Republic and Chemist Warehouse.
Across Mortimer Pass, 277 Broadway will include David Jones, Countdown and Event Cinemas.

The fast fashion giant said it was looking to hire 50 staff, from retail staff to 'visual merchandisers' and managers, for the new two-level store that will open on December 12.
H&M opened its largest NZ store in Auckland's Commercial Bay featuring a homeware department and four levels of clothing and apparel, last year.
