How not to show off in a muscle car
Monday, 23 September 2019
The dangers of either not paying attention or showing off (or quite likely both) were highlighted recently in a brief clip posted to Reddit.
Reddit user AristonD has posted the clip (tellingly titled 'D**k measuring contest gone wrong') showing the results - a very expensive nose-to-tail crunch at traffic lights in the USA following a car meet.
A Dodge Charger Daytona seems to have gently nudged a Mustang after it was rear-ended by another Mustang, which had been utterly slammed by Dodge Challenger that also managed to sideswipe yet another Mustang - an RTR - in the process.
While it is hard to tell exactly what happened, it certainly looks like the Challenger was the one to blame here, which is unusual, because anyone who has ever watched a video of a car meet in the US will know that it is almost always the Mustang driver that is to blame…

Going for a gap that didn't exist? Impatient? Or just showing off.
Probably that last one, but whatever the reason, the result was some very tasty metal looking rather sad indeed. And while it looks like the Challenger was likely the one at fault, it is still the car we would have from that lot in a heartbeat!
